本 App 支持两种登录方式：「通过 Apple 登录」（Sign in with Apple）与「微信登录」。

使用 Apple 登录时，在您授权后，Apple 会向我们提供您的用户唯一标识（user identifier）。如您选择共享，可能还会包含您的姓名和邮箱地址；您也可选择隐藏邮箱（由 Apple 提供中继地址）。

使用微信登录时，我们会通过微信开放 SDK 获取微信授权码（code），并由我们的服务器向微信换取您的微信开放标识（OpenID / UnionID），用于建立、识别您的账户。

我们仅将上述信息用于建立、识别您的账户，不会向第三方提供您的账号原始凭证。

当您浏览健身服务信息时，我们需要收集您的设备信息（操作系统版本、App 版本等）以适配您的设备并恰当展示内容。

当您使用搜索、收藏等功能时，我们会收集您的搜索记录、浏览记录、收藏记录、训练记录，用于改善体验和持久化您的数据。

本 App 内的所有付费服务均通过 Apple App Store 的应用内购买（In-App Purchase）完成。支付过程由 Apple 处理，您的支付凭证、银行卡等敏感支付信息均由 Apple 收集并保管，我们不会接触到您的原始支付信息。

为完成订单交付与权益开通，我们会接收 Apple 返回的交易凭证（receipt）以校验订单有效性，并根据校验结果为您开通对应服务。

当您使用 AI 体型分析、器械识别、配料表解读等功能，或设置头像、自定义食物图片、在私信中发送照片时，您可以拍摄照片，或从系统相册选择器中选取已有图片（选取图片由系统相册选择器完成，本 App 不会读取您的整个相册）。此外，仅当您在分享训练 / 动作等长图时，从系统分享菜单主动选择"存储图像"以将图片保存到相册时，本 App 才会向相册写入图片，全程不会读取相册内容。为实现上述 AI 识别，您选取的图片将被传输至第三方 AI 服务商（阿里云百炼 / 通义千问 DashScope，阿里云计算有限公司）在中国境内进行处理，处理完成后用于向您返回识别结果。体型分析等图片可能包含您的人体图像，属于敏感个人信息，我们将在取得您单独同意后方进行上述处理。除向您展示识别结果及您主动保存的记录外，我们不会将原始图片用于其他目的，亦不会用于广告投放或向数据经纪人出售。

为向您发送锻炼提醒等推送通知，我们会请求系统通知权限。您可随时在 iOS"设置 → 通知 → 健身指导助手"中关闭此权限。

当您通过 App 内"意见反馈"与我们沟通时，我们会保存您的沟通记录，用于记录您反馈的问题和相关处理过程。

为保障系统稳定性和安全性，防止您的个人信息被非法获取，我们会收集设备信息和日志信息，用于排查可能存在的安全风险。

当您在编辑个人资料时主动点击"使用当前位置"自动填写归属地，我们会请求您的位置权限并一次性获取当前位置，在您的设备本地解析为省 / 市 / 区县名称后填入归属地。我们仅会保存解析后的省 / 市 / 区县（粗略位置），不会上传您的精确坐标，也不会在后台持续定位或追踪您的位置轨迹。您可随时在 iOS"设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 定位服务"中关闭此权限，或手动选择归属地而不使用定位。

当您在 App 内主动填写身体数据时，我们会保存您填写的相关信息，用于为您展示统计、图表与健身建议。这些数据包括身高、体重、体脂率、肌肉量、骨量、围度（腰 / 臀 / 胸 / 手臂 / 大腿 / 小腿）、生日（用于计算年龄）、性别，以及经期等记录；其中身高、体重、体脂率、围度等健康生理数据属于敏感个人信息，我们将在取得您单独同意后收集，仅用于 BMI 计算、训练与饮食建议、身体数据趋势图等功能。此类数据由您主动录入、存储于我们的后端服务（不用于广告投放），与上文第二章所述的 Apple HealthKit 数据相互独立——我们不会从 Apple Health 读取这些信息。使用 AI 建议功能时，上述身体数据可能经我们的服务器发送至阿里云通义大模型进行分析（详见第三章）。您可随时在 App 内删除相应记录，或通过注销账号关闭您的账户（注销后的数据处理与保留规则详见第四章）。

当您使用健身圈、评论、点赞、私信、与 AI 对话等功能时，我们会收集并保存您发布的动态内容及图片、评论、点赞记录、私信内容及图片、AI 对话内容，用于向您及（在您选择的可见范围内）其他用户展示，并提供社交互动功能。相关图片 / 视频由您主动上传，存储于阿里云对象存储 OSS（详见第三章）。

在您于 iOS 系统弹窗中明确授权后，我们会从您的 Apple Health 数据库读取以下数据：

1. 训练记录（HKWorkout）：包括训练类型、时长、起止时间、卡路里；用于将您在 Apple Watch 或其他设备上完成的训练导入到本 App 训练记录中，避免您重复手动输入。

2. 心率数据（HKQuantityTypeIdentifier.heartRate）：仅在您选择导入某条训练时读取该训练期间的平均/最大心率，用于丰富训练记录展示。

3. 我们不读取您的体重、身高、月经周期、医疗记录等任何其他 Health 数据。

在您于 iOS 系统弹窗中明确授权后，我们会向您的 Apple Health 数据库写入以下数据：

1. 训练记录（HKWorkout）：将您在本 App（包含 Apple Watch 端）完成的训练（包括训练类型、时长、卡路里）同步到 Apple Health，让其他健康类 App 也能识别这次训练。

2. 我们不会写入心率、血压、体脂率、医疗记录等任何其他 Health 数据。

3. 写入的训练记录会标注本 App 为数据源（HKSource = 健身指导助手），方便您随时识别和管理。

本 App 包含 Apple Watch 配套应用，与 iPhone 通过 Apple WatchConnectivity Framework 配对通信。Watch 端会接收 iPhone 同步的登录凭证（access token）后直接访问我们的后端服务，存取您的训练计划和训练记录。

Watch 端完成的训练会直接通过加密网络请求保存到我们的后端服务（不经第三方），并视您的授权同步到 Apple Health。

Watch 端不会单独收集任何 Health 数据。

所有 HealthKit 数据均存储在您 Apple 设备本机的 Health 数据库中，由 Apple 加密管理，我们不会将 Health 数据上传到我们或任何第三方的服务器（唯一例外是您单独同意的"运动过程明细数据"，见下方第（六）节）。

我们不会将 HealthKit 数据用于广告投放、用户画像、向数据经纪人销售或任何与健身记录无关的目的。

本 App 写入到您后端服务的"训练记录"（属于您主动产生的应用内容，非 Health 数据本身）以加密形式存储，仅供您本人查看。

您可随时通过以下方式管理 HealthKit 授权：

1. App 内：「我的 → 手表与健康」开关"训练完成自动同步"

2. iOS 系统：「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 健康 → 健身指导助手」单独控制读取/写入权限

关闭授权后，本 App 不再访问对应的 Health 数据。先前已导入或写入的数据不受影响（您可在 Apple Health 中手动删除）。

收集内容：在您使用"实时监测"或佩戴 Apple Watch 进行训练时，本 App 可采集训练过程中的心率序列（约每 5 秒一个点）、活动能量快照、手腕角度变化序列（由陀螺仪信号在手表本机换算得出，陀螺仪/加速度计原始信号不上传、不存储）以及逐次动作事件。

使用目的：上述序列仅用于在"记录详情 → 运动实验室"中为您生成动作质量、心率区间、训练负荷等深度分析，以及供 AI 训练解析生成摘要。

单独同意：该类数据属于敏感个人信息。首次开启实时监测时我们会单独征求您的同意；拒绝不影响使用实时监测（仅本机实时显示），训练记录只保存聚合数据。您可随时在「我的 → 手表与健康 → 运动过程数据」中开启或关闭。

存储与可见性：过程明细以加密形式存储于我们的服务器，仅您本人可见——他人查看您的训练记录时，服务端不会返回任何过程明细。

存储期限与删除：过程明细随所属训练记录保存；删除训练记录或注销账号时一并删除。

为实现部分功能，我们会在必要范围内委托合作方处理您的信息，并通过协议要求其按照本政策及法律法规的要求处理、不得用于其他用途。目前涉及的主要合作方包括：阿里云计算有限公司（百炼 / 通义千问 DashScope，提供 AI 图像与文本识别能力；以及对象存储 OSS，提供您上传的头像、动态、私信、自定义动作 / 食物、反馈等图片 / 视频文件的云端存储）、Apple Inc.（提供账号登录、应用内购买及推送通知服务）、深圳市腾讯计算机系统有限公司（微信开放 SDK，提供微信登录）。

我们不会与第三方公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：

1. 在获取明确同意的情况下共享

2. 在法定情形下的共享

3. 与授权的合作方共享必要信息

我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，除非事先获取您的明确同意。

为实现相应功能，本 App 接入了以下第三方服务/SDK，相关第三方在其各自服务范围内独立承担个人信息保护责任：

1. Sign in with Apple（Apple Inc.）：用于账号注册与登录，处理 Apple 用户唯一标识，以及您选择共享的姓名、邮箱（或中继邮箱）。Apple Inc. 位于美国，上述信息将传输至境外（美国），我们将在取得您单独同意后进行此类数据出境，详见 Apple 隐私政策。

2. Apple 应用内购买与推送通知（Apple Inc.）：用于会员/积分购买的订单校验及向您发送通知，处理交易凭证、设备推送令牌等。相关信息同样可能传输至 Apple 位于境外（美国）的服务器。

3. 微信开放 SDK（深圳市腾讯计算机系统有限公司）：用于支持您使用微信账号登录，处理微信授权码 / 微信开放标识（OpenID / UnionID）。

4. 阿里云百炼 / 通义千问（DashScope，阿里云计算有限公司）：用于 AI 体型分析、器械识别、配料表解读、卡路里及运动/饮食记录转换等功能，处理您上传的图片或文本，在中国境内完成处理。

5. 阿里云对象存储 OSS（阿里云计算有限公司）：用于存储您主动上传的头像、自定义动作 / 食物图片、健身圈图片、私信图片、反馈附图等媒体文件，存储节点位于中国境内。

如上述第三方服务清单发生变化，我们将通过更新本政策的方式予以公示。

This App supports two login methods: "Sign in with Apple" and "WeChat Login".

When you sign in with Apple, after you authorize it, Apple will provide us with your user identifier. If you choose to share, it may also include your name and email address; you may also choose to hide your email (with a relay address provided by Apple).

When you sign in with WeChat, we obtain a WeChat authorization code via the WeChat Open SDK, and our server exchanges it with WeChat for your WeChat open identifier (OpenID / UnionID), used to establish and identify your account.

We use the above information solely to establish and identify your account, and will not provide your original account credentials to any third party.

When you browse fitness service information, we need to collect your device information (operating system version, App version, etc.) in order to adapt to your device and properly display content.

When you use functions such as search and favorites, we will collect your search records, browsing records, favorites records, and training records, in order to improve your experience and persist your data.

All paid services within this App are completed through In-App Purchase on the Apple App Store. The payment process is handled by Apple, and your sensitive payment information such as payment credentials and bank cards is collected and kept by Apple; we will not have access to your original payment information.

To complete order fulfillment and the activation of rights, we will receive the transaction receipt returned by Apple to verify the validity of the order, and activate the corresponding service for you based on the verification result.

When you use functions such as AI body shape analysis, equipment recognition, and ingredient list interpretation, or set an avatar, custom food image, or send a photo in a direct message, you may take a photo or select an existing image from the system photo picker (image selection is handled by the system photo picker; this App does not read your entire photo library). In addition, only when you share a long image (such as a training or exercise share image) and proactively choose "Save Image" from the system share sheet to save it to your photo library does this App write an image to your photo library; it never reads your photo library. In order to realize the above AI recognition, the images you select will be transmitted to a third-party AI service provider (Alibaba Cloud Bailian / Tongyi Qianwen DashScope, Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.) for processing within the territory of China, and after processing is completed they are used to return recognition results to you. Images such as those for body shape analysis may contain images of your human body, which constitute sensitive personal information; we will carry out the above processing only after obtaining your separate consent. Except for displaying recognition results to you and the records you proactively save, we will not use the original images for any other purpose, nor will we use them for advertising or sell them to data brokers.

In order to send you push notifications such as workout reminders, we will request system notification permission. You may turn off this permission at any time in iOS "Settings → Notifications → Fit Coach Aide".

When you communicate with us through the in-App "Feedback" feature, we will retain your communication records, in order to record the issues you report and the related handling process.

In order to ensure the stability and security of the system and to prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, we will collect device information and log information, used to troubleshoot potential security risks.

When, while editing your personal profile, you proactively tap "Use Current Location" to automatically fill in your place of residence, we will request your location permission and obtain your current location on a one-time basis, parse it locally on your device into province / city / district names, and fill it in as your place of residence. We will only retain the parsed province / city / district (coarse location), will not upload your precise coordinates, and will not continuously locate or track your location trajectory in the background. You may turn off this permission at any time in iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services", or manually select your place of residence without using location.

When you proactively enter your body data within the App, we will retain the information you have entered, in order to display statistics, charts, and fitness recommendations for you. This data includes height, weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, circumferences (waist / hip / chest / arm / thigh / calf), date of birth (used to calculate age), gender, as well as records such as menstrual period; among them, health/physiological data such as height, weight, body fat percentage, and circumferences constitute sensitive personal information, which we collect only after obtaining your separate consent, and use solely for functions such as BMI calculation, training and diet recommendations, and body-data trend charts. Such data is proactively entered by you and stored on our backend services (not used for advertising), and is independent of the Apple HealthKit data described in Chapter 2 above—we will not read this information from Apple Health. When you use AI recommendation features, the above body data may be sent through our server to Alibaba Cloud Tongyi large models for analysis (see Chapter 3). You may delete the corresponding records within the App at any time, or cancel your account to close your account (for the data handling and retention rules after cancellation, please refer to Chapter 4).

When you use features such as the fitness feed, comments, likes, direct messages, and AI conversations, we collect and store the moments and images you publish, your comments, your likes, your direct-message content and images, and your AI conversation content, in order to display them to you and (within the visibility scope you choose) to other users, and to provide social interaction features. The related images / videos are proactively uploaded by you and stored on Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) (see Chapter 3).

After you explicitly authorize it in the iOS system pop-up, we will read the following data from your Apple Health database:

1. Workout Records (HKWorkout): including workout type, duration, start and end times, and calories; used to import workouts you have completed on Apple Watch or other devices into this App's training records, to save you from repeated manual input.

2. Heart Rate Data (HKQuantityTypeIdentifier.heartRate): read only when you choose to import a particular workout, reading the average/maximum heart rate during that workout, used to enrich the display of training records.

3. We do not read any of your other Health data, such as weight, height, menstrual cycle, or medical records.

After you explicitly authorize it in the iOS system pop-up, we will write the following data to your Apple Health database:

1. Workout Records (HKWorkout): synchronizing the workouts you complete in this App (including on the Apple Watch side) (including workout type, duration, and calories) to Apple Health, so that other health-related Apps can also recognize this workout.

2. We will not write any other Health data, such as heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage, or medical records.

3. The workout records written will be labeled with this App as the data source (HKSource = Fit Coach Aide), for your convenient identification and management at any time.

This App includes a companion Apple Watch application, which pairs and communicates with the iPhone through the Apple WatchConnectivity Framework. The Watch side receives the login credential (access token) synchronized from the iPhone and then directly accesses our backend services to store and retrieve your training plans and training records.

Workouts completed on the Watch side are saved directly to our backend services through encrypted network requests (not via any third party), and synchronized to Apple Health subject to your authorization.

The Watch side does not separately collect any Health data.

All HealthKit data is stored in the Health database local to your Apple device, encrypted and managed by Apple; we will not upload Health data to our servers or those of any third party (the only exception is "Workout Process Detail Data" with your separate consent, see section (6) below).

We will not use HealthKit data for advertising, user profiling, sale to data brokers, or any purpose unrelated to fitness records.

The "training records" written by this App to your backend services (which are App content proactively generated by you, not Health data itself) are stored in encrypted form and viewable only by you.

You may manage HealthKit authorization at any time through the following means:

1. In-App: "Me → Preferences → Apple Watch & Health", toggle "Automatically Sync upon Workout Completion".

2. iOS System: "Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Fit Coach Aide", to control read/write permissions separately.

After authorization is turned off, this App will no longer access the corresponding Health data. Previously imported or written data is not affected (you may manually delete it in Apple Health).

What we collect: When you use "Live Monitor" or work out wearing an Apple Watch, this App may collect in-workout heart rate series (about one point every 5 seconds), active energy snapshots, wrist angle series (derived on-watch from gyroscope signals; raw gyroscope/accelerometer signals are never uploaded or stored), and per-rep motion events.

Purpose: These series are used solely to generate in-depth analyses (movement quality, heart rate zones, training load, etc.) in "Record Detail → Workout Lab", and to produce summaries for AI workout analysis.

Separate consent: This data constitutes sensitive personal information. We ask for your separate consent the first time you enable Live Monitor; declining does not affect using Live Monitor (on-device real-time display only), and workout records will keep aggregate data only. You may change this at any time in "Me → Preferences → Apple Watch & Health → Workout Process Data".

Storage and visibility: Process details are stored encrypted on our servers and are visible only to you — when others view your workout records, the server never returns any process details.

Retention and deletion: Process details are kept with the workout record they belong to, and are deleted together when you delete the record or cancel your account.

In order to realize certain functions, we will, within the necessary scope, entrust partners to process your information, and require them through agreements to process it in accordance with this Policy and the requirements of laws and regulations, and not to use it for other purposes. The main partners currently involved include: Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. (Bailian / Tongyi Qianwen DashScope, providing AI image and text recognition capabilities; and Object Storage Service (OSS), providing cloud storage for the images / videos you upload such as avatars, moments, direct messages, custom exercises / foods, and feedback), Apple Inc. (providing account login, in-app purchase, and push notification services), Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen) (WeChat Open SDK, providing WeChat login).

We will not share your personal information with third-party companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with explicit consent obtained

2. Sharing under statutory circumstances

3. Sharing necessary information with authorized partners

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, unless your explicit consent is obtained in advance.

In order to realize the corresponding functions, this App has integrated the following third-party services/SDKs, and the relevant third parties independently bear the responsibility for personal information protection within their respective scopes of service:

1. Sign in with Apple (Apple Inc.): used for account registration and login, processing the Apple user identifier, as well as the name and email (or relay email) you choose to share. Apple Inc. is located in the United States; the above information will be transferred overseas (to the United States). We will carry out such cross-border transfer only after obtaining your separate consent; see Apple's privacy policy for details.

2. Apple In-App Purchase and Push Notifications (Apple Inc.): used for order verification of membership/points purchases and for sending notifications to you, processing transaction receipts, device push tokens, etc. The related information may likewise be transferred to Apple's servers located overseas (in the United States).

3. WeChat Open SDK (Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen)): used to support your login with a WeChat account, processing the WeChat authorization code / WeChat open identifier (OpenID / UnionID).

4. Alibaba Cloud Bailian / Tongyi Qianwen (DashScope, Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.): used for functions such as AI body shape analysis, equipment recognition, ingredient list interpretation, and calorie and exercise/diet record conversion, processing the images or text you upload, with processing completed within the territory of China.

5. Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) (Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd.): used to store media files you proactively upload, such as avatars, custom exercise / food images, fitness-feed images, direct-message images, and feedback attachments, with storage nodes located within the territory of China.

If the above list of third-party services changes, we will make it public by updating this Policy.
